The Woolston Tide Gauge is operated by the Environment Agency. Note however that the data on their site is not continually updated - check the latest update time; also the levels are relative to Ordnance Datum (Newlyn), you have to add 2.74m to convert to Chart Datum; and the "Highest Astronomical Level" label on their diagram is an error, what is marked is the highest observed level.
